Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck in a constant restart loop that then states “updates are underway, please...

My windows is constantly going from “update is underway, please keep computer on” then restarting. It’s been doing this for over a day now. I have tried the “hold power down for 30, then volume and power for 15, then power for 10” trick, and it is not working.

Stuck in restart loop after updating windows os

Downloaded a windows 11 update and now my computer is stuck in a loop of restarting. It just says updates are underway and then restarting over an over again. How can I fix this?

 

How to stop Windows stuck in loop of updating and restarting?

My laptop was having start up issues so I ran the troubleshoot option displayed, however it is now stuck in a constant loop of installing updates and restarting. Its been like this for a few hours.

Each loop takes about 20 seconds. It states 'Updates are underway, please keep your computer on' then 'Restarting', turns off and on and loads the Dell symbol (Dell device, but Windows software).

There's nothing to show that there is any progress with the updates.

I've tried starting it up in safe mode and force shut down but these don't help. I'm not sure if its the software or the laptop itself.

 

Windows 11 stuck on updates are underway afrer restart.

Every time i restart my computer inside of windows it gets stuck on updates are underway and the only thing that helps is pressing the restart button on my pc. How could i fix this?
