Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck in boot loop after accidentally messing with msconfig

I'm sorry if this post is lacking information or has errors, I'm a little stressed and tired after spending 8 hours in total on this problem.So I was experiencing issues with my Windows 11 installation and wanted to reinstall without any data wipes, however there were driver errors preventing the forced update. Thus I tried starting in diagnostic mode, which locked me out of the desktop since I had no PIN, however I easily fixed this by using a bootable USB and renaming cmd and utilman.However after reopening msconfig I still wanted to fix the initial problem, so I decided to check selective s

Windows 11 reinstall stuck in boot loop

Hello, so i have reinstalled Windows 11, went through every step and when it got to the installation process it got stuck in a boot loop.

Any ideas about what i can do? (I have one ssd and one hdd and I disconnected the hdd in case it might be interfering)

Accidentally disabled RAM in msconfig Windows 7

While trying to activate some extra RAM in my computer I accidentally disabled all of my RAM except for 10 MB in the advanced boot options in msconfig. Now when I boot my computer it blue screens with the error msg "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO." I have tried
booting in safe mode but it does the same thing. Running msconfig through the cmd prompt in System Recovery Options isn't working either. Any suggestions on how I could get to msconfig or change the advanced boot options without booting my computer into windows?
