Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck in restart loop

After rebooting my brand new Lenovo ThinkPad I experienced a blue screen message with the error SECURE_PCI_CONFIG_SPACE_ACCESS_VIOLATION. It reboots itself, encounters the same error, then provides me with repair options. None of which work.There is no system restore point, the laptop was purchased yesterday.Safe Mode locks me out, as it is unable to take my PIN due to another error.Even the nuclear option of resetting the PC to its original state and starting over just gives a vague "an error occurred" message and won't work. The laptop is essentially bricked on day one.

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
