Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck in update install loop

Hi, Windows updates has two updates to install kb5031354 and kb5033920. It can never seem to install them. I have tried letting the update service handle it and also manually downloading the install files from the Update catalog. The install never actually happens. I have tried the other usual steps, restarting BITS and WUS, deleting the contents of the Downloads folder in SoftwareDistribution, etc. Nothing has made it stick. This has led to me getting messages from WUS that my PC is missing important security updates constantly popping up, and also whenever I shutdown or restart my PC, I ge

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

These are the only three devices with warning triangles. The PS/2 keyboard and mouse were listed before. The JMB 36X is new.

Win10: Windows update is stuck at never ending loop ? ( Last Win10 updates in 2017 ). Can't update the laptop. Genuine Win10 on a HP 2015 17.3" laptop that originally had Win8. ( CPU:AMD A9, GPU:Radeon R5 ).

If I download this below file does it manually install the latest updates of Win10 (=2018 April Update) without losing any files currently on the machine ? ( Mainly paid Office 2013 )
