Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck on an infinite boot loop after interruped upgrade from windows 10

Hi,a colleague ran the upgrade to win 11 on a laptop with a working win 10 system, but he did not take care of the power connection and the battery ran out during the upgrade after restarting the system.I would like to ask for help, as all the ideas I could find did not work. Is it possible to fix the problem at all?the problem looks like this: at startup, the computer displays for a moment 2-3 Seconds the message: "Update in progress. Don't turn off your computer", but after that the operating system does not load, but a restart is performed; Sometimes it shows a prompt for <0.5 Second

Any suggestions ? What should i do? My 1st boot priority is already set to cd/dvd but still detects sata device 2 as the dvd

it looks like you are not booting from the dvd but this is from your video

And if there is out there are new bios driver won't hurt I noticed that his 2009 I wonder if there have a new one out there

 

Windows 7 upgrade to 10 failed and infinite boot loop

Windows 10 infinite boot loop after failing to upgrade from 7.

Failed at around 30% and is trying to revert OS.

It's been infinite rebooting for around an hour now.

Going through the same screens:

- Boot screen

- (Flickers through 2 different screens really fast, one is the the F8 screen)

- Windows is loading files...

- (spinny ball)

- (flashes what looks to be a cmd window)

- Attempting to recover installation...

- Restoring your previous version of Windows...
