Windows 10: Windows 11, stuck on frozen loading circle when I turn on my PC

I’ve recently built a PC and I saw it wasn’t using my GPU but integrated graphics, so I installed a GPU driver but this resulted in a black screen that didn’t go away. I turned off my PC and turned it back on but now it gets stuck on a frozen loading circle. I tried using safe mode but before that, I tried resetting my PC. Now the problem is that I can’t get past the first set-up options in safe mode it says there was a problem, AUTOPILOTUPDATE

Windows loading circles not appearing

• Are you facing any issues in Windows after it loads?
• Did this happen after any recent updates installed?
• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

Black screen with loading circle, doesn't show diagnosing my pc, unable to do anything

Hello, My pc is stuck in black screen with a loading circle, I can't open it no matter how many times i shut down and start again my pc in the second try it say preparing automatic repair but after that it doesn't says diagnosting your pc, it just shows black screen with a loading circle forever, can you please help me or is it something else like a virus that you can't help me?
   

 

Windows 10 update stuck on loading circle and nothing else

My PC has been stuck in a Windows 10 update for an hour now. It started with the blue screen and the percentage but now it’s stuck on a black screen with a blurry and stretched loading circle. It’s been like this for an hour now.
