Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck on "Just A Moment..."

Today, I decided to explore my computer settings out of curiosity to see if there was anything I could personalize. While doing so, I attempted to add a guest account to my PC. However, when I clicked on the option to add an account, a small pop-up appeared saying "Just a moment...". The process never progressed beyond this point.I tried several things, including closing the Settings app, forcing it to close via Task Manager, and even restarting my computer. Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, as I encountered the same unresponsive "Just a moment..." message each time I tr

Windows 11 Reset Stuck on "Just a Moment" Screen Forever

I performed the reset through Windows Recovery and selected 'Remove Everything.' However, I encountered two issues:

1. The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error during Windows installation. As a result, the installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ‘OK’ to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
   
   • I resolved this by following a guide that involved running 'regedit' and modifying 'setup.exe' located under '/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/Status/ChildCompletion.' I changed the data value from 1 to 3.
     
2. Another issue occurred: 'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation. Error.'
   
   • I solved this problem by performing the following steps:
     
     • Pressing (Shift + F10) on the keyboard.
       
     • Typing '(cd %windir%/system32/oobe/)'.
       
     • Typing '(msoobe)'.
       
   After executing these steps, the PC restarted but became stuck on the 'Just a Moment' screen indefinitely.
   

I attempted the reset process twice using local reset rather than a cloud download, and both times encountered the same two issues.

I also tried resetting the PC once while keeping the files. Although the reset was successful, I encountered the 'defaultuser0' issue.

No hardware swapped. The PC ran Windows 11 without any issue. I just had to reset it before selling.
