Windows 10: windows 11 stuck on shutdown screen

Discus and support windows 11 stuck on shutdown screen in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; first off, here's my info , when I try and shutdown my pc desktop not a laptop it gets stuck on the shutting down screen and the circle around shutdown...     windows 11 stuck on shutdown screen


    first off, here's my info , when I try and shutdown my pc desktop not a laptop it gets stuck on the shutting down screen and the circle around shutdown swirls and it never shuts down. the only way i can get it to shutdown is to hit the restart button, and then after it restarts shutdown from the login screen, it will not shutdown from the login screen unless i have hit the restart button first.i have tried installing windows 11 again and it did not fix the issue,i have tried cmd in admin "sfc /scannow" and it did not fix the issue. this is a new custom built pcDevice name Sage Processor AMD

    Windows 10 Stuck at login screen

    As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

    Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

    It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Windows 10 pro will not shutdown or restart. Gets stuck

    I tried to shutdown and restart my pc but both times they STUCK! I left it for 15 minutes and still had to force shutdown
