Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck on updates are underway at 100%

I've just downloaded the latest update to Windows 11 on my surface laptop 4, but it's now stuck on updates are underway at 100% and has been for about 30 minutes so farI'm nervous about restarting in case it screws up my windows installation, and I also don't have access to any other windows 11 pc to make a recovery drive

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,
also followed this article Here to remove the downloaded update: [SOLUTION] Windows 11 Update Downloading Stuck at 100% (minitool.com)
Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?

 

Windows 11 upgrade stuck at 100%

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and the upgrade process is continuously stuck at 100%. I have even cleaned the entire SoftwareDistribution folder and the upgrade is still stuck on 100% and the issue persists. Absolutely NOTHING I try will work to fix the issue. The download process is still stuck on 100% and I have practically cleared ALL of the files and subfolders from the SoftwareDistribution folder and it is still stuck on 100% and will not restart or continue. I don't know what to do anymore and I think Windows Update has broke. Is there ANY other way I can fix this or upgrade to Windows 11? It is obvious that Windows Update is not going to upgrade my computer to Windows 11.

And yes, my PC meets the minimum system requirements.

EDIT: After restarting the PC, the update paused, and restarted, and it finally past the download phase. I will keep you updated as this upgrade progresses.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
