Windows 10: Windows 11 sucks keep getting No internet secured

This is my custom built pc. I dont have Internet to update my drivers. I have done everything, but i cant go back to windows 10 without resetting all my data.Ive done all the cmd commands like ipconfig /flush dns. Ive messed around with my regedit settings nothing will work

I m using HP envy 3090nr laptop having windows 7 home premium.

I was using norton internet security previously which was very good, no virus problem so far.

But i want to know any other internet security which is better or similar and free?

Give your suggestions for best free as well as best paid internet security.

Also give your opinion for microsoft security essentials.

Getting about:blank page in Internet Explorer 11

KB4457426 Cumulative security update for Internet Explorer - Sept. 11

Windows 10 does not have such a thing as a 'Monthly Quality Rollup', but Windows 7 and 8.1 do, it's their equivalent of the Cumulative Update. This patch must be intended for W7/8.1, Windows 10 does not need (and probably will refuse to install) this update because these fixes should have been in the Cumulative update we've just had.
