    Windows 11 suddenly not recognizing microphone on Jabra Evolve2 30 SE.


    My work laptop, a Dell Latitude 7440 running Windows 11 Enterprise, suddenly stopped recognizing the microphone on my new Jabra Evolve2 30 SE headset. I just got this headset and the microphone initially worked as expected, but my laptop suddenly stopped recognizing it across Webex, Zoom, etc. Strangely, it is still recognizing the microphone on my Jabra Engage 50. I have a strong preference to use the former device, however. Are there any solutions to get my laptop to recognize the mic on the Evolve2 30 SE again? Please note, this is a work laptop so I have limited ability to manually update

    Jabra Evolve2 40 Headset Microphone suddenly stopped working after Windows Update

    We are experiencing the same issue with Jabra Evolve2 40 headsets and HP Elitebook 840 G9.

    Windows 11 suddenly stopped recognize microphone in my Jabra headphones

    Hi all,

    I've already checked if it was an issue with my headphones trying to connect them (wired) to another notebook and it worked, so it's a problem with my notebook.

    The microphone is no longer recognized, neither by Windows nor by WebEx, it happened suddenly and without having installed updates.

    I have Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 and operatying system build 22621.1413.

    I've already tried with Windows input device troubleshooting.

    My headphones are Jabra EVOLVE LINK MS

    Any help would be appreciated

    Windows 11 suddenly not recognizing microphone on Jabra Evolve2 30 SE.

    Jabra Evolve2 65 - Can't get Audio through USB cable

    My Jabra Evolve2 65 works great in bluetooth mode. I've had no problems with it.

    However, I wanted to test how it would work with its USB cable and I got no sound. I found an article that suggested I add it as a default device in the sound settings. I right clicked on the speaker icon, selected Open Sound Settings, and in the option "Choose your output device" there was no Jabra option.

    I then went to the list of Playback devices and my Jarba device was listed BUT when I right clicked on it, the option for "Set as Default Device" was greyed out.



    Thoughts?

    PS: I tried to include screenshots of what I just described but it kept telling me it failed to upload.
