    Windows 11 Surface Pro X - Cannot Install OVPN / TAP Driver


    Hello-When I try to install OpenVPN for Windows Client, I am unable to have a successful installation. I continue to receive errors that the TAP Driver was not able to be installed.OpenVPNMSICA: tap_create_adapterDInstallDevice failed: Error 536870397I have tried OpenVPN clients 2.4, 2.5, and 3.OpenVPN Support is adamant that their .msi and install packages are compatible with Windows 11. I am thinking that perhaps the issue is with the Qualcomm Chips that handle the Wifi/Networking ie without a hardline ethernet.I have also tried to Turn Off Windows Defender while installing and receive the
