    Windows 11 Switching Desktop Erratic Behavior


    I am running the lates Windows 11 Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631. The machine is remote so I always run using RDP. When I hover over the desktop icon and click on a desktop to select it I almost alway get the desktop to open for about a second and then it switches back. I just did a test where I do a long press and it seems to be more reliable however it also brought one of my windows from the current desktop to the new desktop with it. I also see cases where and app on desktop on will with open another app to do a function and this app willl pop its window up on say my current desktop 3.This

    There is no such utility, and if you're looking for help from your fellow Windows users you'll need to be a whole lot more specific than 'erratic behavior.'

    I have upgraded to the new windows 10. I have not backed it up yet. I also have no restore points.. Is there a windows repair that will check the entire installation and find the problems causing erratic behavior?

    Erratic screen behavior

    On Windows 10 my Compaq 18 is having strange screen behavior. It freezes with black rectangles randomly when switch from one app to other. I have done all suggested by the troubleshooter without any change. Any idea of why this happens and how I can fix
    it. Thanks.
