Windows 10: Windows 11 system language is half in English and half in Dutch, how to switch to full English?

So I installed Windows 11 fresh from factory computer and it started in Dutch.As I prefer to have computer system in English I simply went to the settings>language and opted for preferred language English US. After restarting the computer some of the texts were in English but the main language still was Dutch like the search bar. I even have issues using the search bar with English words!I removed the Dutch language from the list but it remains there. Tried several reboots etc.how to fix this double language stuff and no I do not want to move to fully Dutch that worked at install.Wind

Outlook - after switching Dutch>English language a part is still Dutch

It is nothing serious, but I've always wondered why a part of Outlook, after switching to English language (language-pack) remains Dutch. The folder tree on the left remains Dutch, toolbar etc. are English, Options are English.

What I hate more with latest Windows is the stupid localization of apps and features based on your location. Basically, if you want Windows in English and you have currency, date, time and all that crap set for your country (outside UK and US) you'll have half the OS in English and other half (tiles, integrated apps etc) in bloody native language. And this is really pissing me off because it looks horrendously ugly.

I only had language selection issues with Windows 8.1 tablet purchased from Germany. It came pre-configured with German language and due to bug in Windows, I was unable to install English no matter what. I had to hack it using manually downloaded language pack and import it using cmd. It later got fixed by an update, but it was still annoying considering my understanding of German is quite rusty...

Personally, I never bothered getting Windows official way. I always checked torrent sites for "untouched" versions of Windows. Meaning it's an ISO image from 3rd party source that hasn't been pre-cracked or pre-patched in any way. You can also check the hash of downloaded image to be sure (usually found on MSDN pages). I suggest you do it this way. Just grab Win7 64bit Ultimate English from some torrent site and check the hash to be sure it's really unmodified and clean.

If you want to change the language on your computer from Chinese to English, then you need to install the language pack of your preferred language. To do that, follow these easy steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Time & language, then click
  Region & language.
  
• Under Languages, click Add a language, then select
  English.

In case it is still showing in Chinese language, you can follow these other steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on the keyboard, then select Control Panel.
• Go to Clock, Language, and Region, then select Language.
  
• Next, click Advanced settings, then under Override for Windows display language, you will get the language option to select.
