Windows 10: Windows 11 - System process 100% CPU and everything freezes for 30 seconds to a minute

I'm having issue with Windows 11 version 21H2 build 22000.527. I'm running a fairly processing intensive test and it works pretty well. After about 2-5 minutes everything stops, I cannot switch between windows and eventually even the mouse freezes. The system hangs for about 30 seconds to a minute and then it starts working again for a few minutes and then starts over again.I opened the Task Manager when I am able to work and can see that the System Process uses 100% CPU when it happens, disk and network usage almost 0.How can troubleshoot and fix this issues?

Appmodel's process eats 30-100% CPU

Today I made a clean installation of Windows 10 from latest installation media. I continuously get UI freezes for minutes. Task Manager shows me a process "appmodel" which uses most time more than 30 percent of CPU. Why it is so and how to fix it?

 

Windows 10 freezing due to high CPU usage.

I installed Windows 10 yesterday. Now when I turn on my computer and sign in after about 30 seconds on the desktop it's starts to freeze and lag a lot! I manage to open Task manager in that 30 seconds and it says "system" uses around 90+% of the cpu and
then other processes make it up to 99% of the cpu being used. There's no way to stop it as if I try to open another thing it freezes and stops working. Ive tried going into the updates list to maybe uninstall the updates but it freezes loading up the list
as it's to much for the cpu. The only way I can get it to work is to unplug the computer and turn it back on but it just keeps recurring over and over again. I don't know what's wrong!
