Windows 10: Windows 11 Task Bar - Selected Never for Combining Icons. Works Correctly on 2 additional...

I just got upgraded to Windows 11 on my work laptop. I don't want the icons to combine so I changed all the settings to "Never". It works correctly on the two additonal monitors, but not the main monitor. However, instead of the icons going all the way across the screen like it's supposed to, it will give me three dots half way across the screen and puts all my additional icons, emails, etc. there. Please see below. The weird part is that it will look correct initially, but then change to this below and will persist in this format. Help! I can't stand this! And our IT dept. is also confused wh

Unable to disable additional icons from Windows Task Bar

My taskbar on windows 10 (the icons on the bottom right next to the Time) will not combine

I can disable the system icons (time/power/volume/wifi/etc) and that does in fact disappear - but all the other additional icons (eg. dropbox, outlook, mcafee, etc) will not.

I have tried the setting to have them all off, individually off all on... it makes no difference, they all remain visible.

Can you suggest something?

Windows 10 has a feature to personalize your task bar icons. To retrieve the missing battery icon on your taskbar, kindly follow the steps below:

• Right click on the taskbar and select Settings.
• Under Notification Area, click Turn system icons on or off.
• Look for Power and toggle Power to On. Your battery icon should appear in the system tray again.
