Windows 10: Windows 11 task bar won't stay hidden

The taskbar won't stay hidden. And yes I've checked the automatically hide the task bar setting. I've also triad a myriad of other "solutions and fixes", I've found on the web to no avail. This one issue, although it may seem innocuous, is the only reason I have not upgraded to Windows 11 on several of the machines I use, and will not as long as Windows 10 remains available until this issue is fixed. Please please take this seriously and provide a permanent solution, not one of these solutions typically found on blogs such as "reset Windows Explorer" from the task manager, Although this p

Task bar stay locked in windows 10.

1. What is the make and model of your computer?
2. What happen when you try to use task bar?
3. Do you want to unlock task bar?

I want to inform you it is by default locked because if you will do unlock it your task bar will not stay at one place.
If you want to unlock it I would suggest you to Follow the below steps to fix issue.

1. Right click on Task bar then check status of task bar.
2. Uncheck lock task bar option.

Task Bar Icons Windows 10

If the icon is hidden from the task bar, you can enable it by using the following steps. The icon might be hidden. Here's how to show the battery icon:

• Right-click an empty area on the taskbar, and then click
  Properties.
• Under Notification area, click
  Customize.
• In Notification Area Icons, click on Select
  which icons appear on Taskbar.
• On in the drop-down list next to
  Power, and then click OK.

If the issue still persists you can try Updating the latest Power management driver software for Windows 10 from the manufacturer website.

Hidden Icons arrow on task bar

the hidden icons show when I press the arrow, but the bottom two app icons are blocked by the task bar. How do you fix? I rebooted once and all the icons where above, but after several reboots, the bottom two are not accessible again. happens regardless
if task bar is auto hidden or not. running windows10 latest April build. I think I got it to work briefly when the scale was changed from 150 to 125, but it didn't stay fixed long....
