Windows 10: Windows 11 Task View--see all open app windows

Just got a new computer--I used to be able to see all open instances of a program e.g. Chrome when I hovered over the icon in the taskbar. Now I only see the open instances that are in the current desktop. And apps/programs that may be open in another desktop don't appear in the active desktop taskbar. Is there any way to change this back?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Build 9879 released (last update for 2014).

Open app in cmd in specific task view

At startup, I already have 3 task views opened.
So I want .bat file to start my apps and I want it to be opened on a specific task view.

But if it is not possible on .bat, I'll look into powershell as suggested.
