    Windows 11 Taskbar and Windows Settings Inaccessible on Startup


    I have been plagued with an issue where windows fails to boot the taskbar, start menu and most of the background settings. Upon signing in I am greeted with a plain empty taskbar and no access to any windows apps or settings. I can access run.exe using windows commands but not in Administrative mode. Any attempt to access settings is met with a "windows cannot find a path or the app does not exist" sorta thingThe only way I can resolve this issue is by waiting five mins then restarting the windows explorer in the task manager. I have had this issue for months, only when booting from a comple

    Help!, windows taskbar disapeared!!!

    Try Ctrl+Esc.

    If Recycle Bin is the only icon you can see, open it, from the explorer window navigate to Control Panel and find Taskbar settings there.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
