Windows 10: Windows 11 Taskbar freezing

Whenever I download something from Chrome, Edge or basically any browser the taskbar freezes and won't let me click anything. This means that I have to then restart Windows Explorer. Same for any apps such as Steam when downloading games.As well as this, after a while the Start Menu and Search will just stop functioning. Pressing the windows key then searching just closes the start menu and doesn't bring up Search, and clicking search won't do anything. Restarting the taskbar doesn't fix this, I have to restart the PC every time.Any fixes?

Taskbar in Windows 11 freezes.

I am having issues with my Windows 11 Taskbar. It works for a couple of days, then it freezes. I have tried to go into Task Manager, More Details, File, New Task, and CMD (And more) but my CMD doesn't recognize the reg delete that I have. What else can I do to fix this freeze?

I appreciate your interest in Windows 11. I understand that Taskbar icons are not working after upgrading to Windows 11. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

1. What happens when you click on an icon on the Taskbar?
   
2. Do you receive any error message/code?
   
3. Does this issue occur with all the icons?
   

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try re-registering the taskbar and see if that works. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin)
   
2. Now type in the following command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage -User ([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent().Name) *ShellExperienceHost* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
   
3. Restart the PC once the command is complete.
   

If the issue persists, you can try creating a new user account and then see if you are able to access the icons on the Taskbar.

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
