Windows 10: Windows 11 - taskbar gone, settings app gone, remote support.

Hi all,I have a user who told me that the taskbar had randomly vanished on their windows 11 PC, this user is located geographically far so the only way I could troubleshoot is via remote desktop.I tried all the usual stuff; restart, restart explorer from task manager, run DSIM, run sfc, ect.None of these showed any signs of working. These issue complicates by the fact that I cant open Windows Settings to perform updates or do anything, when entering ms-settings from Win+R I get the error that windows cannot find "ms-settings". I have scoured far and wide on Microsoft official forums, MVP for

Windows 11 settings deleted itself, taskbar and apps in it are gone.

The settings app deleted itself and and the task bar is gone and all the apps/icons that were in it are also gone. I can open apps on the desktop and connect to internet on them but the background, settings, and taskbar are either just black or just not there. I have windows 11.

Photo app is gone

@Lenoveo, it's actually named 'Photos' with an 's'. Is it really missing, or is it just the Tile on Start that's gone? Try typing photos in the Cortana/Search box next to Start and see if it finds it. If it does appear in the list you can right-click on it and 'Pin to Start' (or the taskbar). If it doesn't, try Brink's 'App reset' tutorial.
