Windows 10: Windows 11 - Taskbar missing after Updates from 02-03.2024

Dear Sirs,After the latest Windows updates from Feb,March-2024 my Asus Laptop is loading the System but with a missing Taskbar. The Taskbar completely dissapeared with all the buttons and icons Start button, search bar and all other icons from the startup Nothing is running. Executing Firefox as an example, opens a white window and stops in a continous loop showing the blue loading circle but the application won't open. Windows 11 Update Taskbar Breaking Problems

I have installed the Windows 11 KB5034765 new version. The apps visible on the taskbar are not visible. If you move the mouse, the apps on the taskbar start moving to the left and right.
