Windows 10: Windows 11 taskbar missing/resizing incorrectly on 4k triple monitor setup

Hi,I recently installed Win 11 on a new pc build that is running 3 Aorus 4k 43" monitors. I have a 4090 that is running G-Sync and Nvidia Surround Technology. This is a new install and randomly usually after restarts or game entries but also upon an initial start up the taskbar will disappear, or more commonly, the height will appear undersized from normal based on the monitors bezel and the bottom of the taskbar is chopped off. see pictures. A PC restart occasionally works or switching the HDR choice in display options appears to toggle a reset and then the taskbar goes to normal, somet

Windows 11 Taskbar Settings Missing

My new laptop came with a Windows 11 OS, but I'm unable to resize my Taskbar Icons; they're too large.

I also want to reduce the size of my taskbar itself, but that option is also not there.

The Taskbar Settings does NOT have a selection option to Resize them, as Microsoft and my vendor suggest.

It seems that these settings options are missing from the Windows Settings menu!

Is there another way to do this?

Hi,

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on taskbar.
• click on properties.
• uncheck--use small taskbar buttons.
• uncheck--lock the taskbar.
• try to place the mouse pointer and then resize the taskbar.
