Windows 10: Windows 11 Taskbar Problem Related To wsappx

Hi Everyone.I'm using Windows 11 For the past 2 months. right after I Started Using Xbox Game Pass On My PC, Windows Started To Show Some Problems. Such As EVERYTIME I Turn My System On, Taskbar Doesn't Load Properly And No Icons Show Up. The Common Way To Fix This Problem Is To Restart "Windows Explorer" From Task Manager. But In My Case 99% It Doesn't Work too. Until Two Days Ago, I Noticed I Have Two wsappx Running In Task Manager. So I Stoped Them Both And Restarted Windows Explorer And Boom. It Works! Everytime.Today I've Found Out That Having Two wsappx Is Normal And They're Doing Just F

Problem with a combine taskbar icons.

Hello,

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.

Problem related to wifi

Several problems after update (black screen with cursor, wsappx uses a lot of cpu all the time).

I'm having all of the issues as mentioned in this thread and a few more that's most likely related. Other than the black screen and wsappx high CPU, users can't use any of the built-in Windows 10 apps (i.e. MS Store, Calculator, etc.) and some users the
Start Menu doesn't do anything when you click it. These are brand new computers from Dell and started happening about one day after I configured them.

Scenario

• Windows 10 Pro workstations joined to Windows 2012/16 Active Directory.
• Using default domain GPO
• All experience variants of black screen, high wsappx CPU, some new user accounts Start menu doesn't work, and all new user accounts built-in Windows Apps don't work.

What I've Tried

• Everything as you suggested along with other threads
• Restored the computers back to factory and disabled Windows Update Services before attaching it to the network
  • Everything worked with local user accounts and even domain user accounts after the reimaged. However, I left the computers on overnight and they all started showing the symptoms again even without any installed Windows updates.
    

Any help would be greatly appreciated it as this has taken up so much time!
