    Windows 11 Taskbar size


    The first thing I do when I get a new PC is to adjust the screen settings to have small icons in the taskbar and menu. So I did too when Windows 11 got installed this week. But despite using the Regedit tweak to choose small taskbar icons, it is still huge. When can I stop it squatting screen real estate?

    Hi Larry,

    Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

    • Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
    • Type and click Control Panel.
    • Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
      Make text other items larger or smaller.
    • Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
      in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.

    Taskbar font size

    I have done repeated searches for the answer to this question and none of the suggestions has worked for me so far. The font size in the taskbar for Windows 10 is too small to suit me. How do I manage to increase the size of the letters so I can read them
    more clearly? Font size on the regular screen is fine, but I cannot seem to find the control I need to increase the font size on the taskbars.
