Windows 10: Windows 11 thinks my drawing tablet is a monitor?

Since i recently reinstalled everything on my computer, I've now been having issues with my Gaomon PD1161 tablet. Back then when i believe i had windows 10, it worked completely fine.However now it thinks it's a monitor of it's own, which never appeared to be like that. It recognizes its a tablet, technically? Since it shows me windows ink.It isn't the tablets issue since it has never been like this and has no reason to be, the USB and everything are in the right spot, everything was how it used to be. Just that now, it's apparently a monitor with its own screen, and I can't use it as a tablet

Using multiple monitors including a drawing tablet, but the drawing tablet pen registers on the wrong monitor display.

I am using a UGEE drawing tablet with my Acer V3 computer on windows 10. My cursor appears on my PC monitor rather than my tablet monitor. I tried going to Control Panel>Tablet PC Settings>Configure>Setup, but when it's on my tablet screen and I tap it,
the cursor is still on my PC monitor so it doesn't work. My mouse still works normally.

UPDATE: I just installed the newest version from the website and it worked, but after un-plugging and re-plugging it, it stopped working.

 

Drawing tablet not recognized.

I recently had bought a new computer, I decided that I wanted to connect my drawing tablet to my new computer. The drawing tablet requires 1 USB port and 1 HDMI port to be plugged into the computer from it. When I plug these in, the tablet says that there's
no connection. It also says there is not a second monitor in when I go into display settings. If I go into the Device and Printer settings on my computer, it shows the tablet is there, but in the properties of it, it shows it being a "keyboard, mouse." The
drawing tablet is an XP-PEN Artist 12.
