    Windows 11 Toolbar, Taskbar, Windows Explorer Not Working


    I have tried every fix posted in the Microsoft Community for other users experiencing this same issue and nothing has fixed it. I am operating Windows 11 Home edition. OS Build 22631.4541 with all updates installed.File explorer does not work to save or upload files. The window pops up to save or select a file but when I click open or save, nothing happens.Back button in top toolbar does not work. If I click to hold the back button, previous pages show but when I click on them, it stays on the current page.Taskbar does not allow the opening of windows. If I click on the icons, sometimes the op
