Windows 10: Windows 11 Toolbar, Taskbar, Windows Explorer Not Working

I have tried every fix posted in the Microsoft Community for other users experiencing this same issue and nothing has fixed it. I am operating Windows 11 Home edition. OS Build 22631.4541 with all updates installed.File explorer does not work to save or upload files. The window pops up to save or select a file but when I click open or save, nothing happens.Back button in top toolbar does not work. If I click to hold the back button, previous pages show but when I click on them, it stays on the current page.Taskbar does not allow the opening of windows. Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

I understand that the toolbar is missing in Internet explorer 11. We will help you.

• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates?
• Did you check in setting and try to check mark the command bar and check?

I suggest you to follow some steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the taskbar & toolbar.

Kindly follow the steps below

First: Disable “Show Badges” option

Right click on the taskbar.

Then select Taskbar Settings.

Go to Taskbar Behaviors.

Uncheck the option for "Show badges on the taskbar."

Then turn on autohide.

Then,

Restart Windows Explorer:

Go to Task Manager

Locate Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

• Click OK
