Windows 10: windows 11 top left corner

Hello ... windows 11 top left corner of every window is selected automatically even if no window is opend and i am at desktop the first icon at top left corner is selected and it happens sometimes and one restart fixes the issue but again it happens and i bought my laptop just in a few weeks and its brand new and no hardware damage ... any help please?

Top left corner icon keeps moving



This is what happens on every single boot, the "This PC" icon loads in top left corner, when I move it back into the block it stays there until the next startup, then is back in the top left corner again?

This is the top left corner of my screen. These are the only icons I have on my Desktop. These icons never move...

 

unresponsive screen (top left corner)

I had this issues before on my windows 10 pc and then I bought new pc with windows 11 installed and I realise that it also happens on the new one.

My top left corner of the screen is unresponsive (click, scroll etc) whatever I do no response, example: Now i'm in the internet and having few tabs open and the first and second tab I can't go to them because I can't click on them. I have to make the window smaller or drag it to the right of the screen. When restarting all fine but I can't just restart it all the time when this happens. I was editing just before and couldn't click on top left corner to export the final product because of this, so annoying...
