Windows 10: Windows 11 Touch Monitor Pinch Zoom with PowerPoint in slideshow mode

We are a small Museum run by Volunteers. We have visitor facing touch monitors running interactive PowerPoint slide shows explaining our exhibits on Windows 11. The Touch Monitors use the native Microsoft drivers, i.e. Both the suppliers of our touch monitors Dell and Viewsonic use the native Microsoft drivers for Touch Screens. None of the comments about Touchpads apply, as these are not integral touchpads, they are external touch monitors, without third party drivers.If a visitor uses Pinch Zoom unintentionally on the PowerPoint show, the interactivity on the PowerPoint slides breaks, as

Pinch and Zoom on Surface Pro 4 Not Working


Hi our boss here has a Surface Pro 4 and mentioned his Pinch and Zoom on the touch screen isn't working any longer. He used to be able to open an Outlook message and he could pinch and zoom successfully using the touch screen. I know sometimes you actually do pinch and zoom on the touch pad. Is this even possible? The setting on the touch pad control panel is enabled and we are able to pinch and zoom on the pad but only in a browser, not within Outlook.

Does anyone know what to look at or check? thank you!

Thanks for your reply but there is no pinch zoom option for my windows 10 surface pro 5th edition, or at least going through your steps I can't find it. Any other suggestions would be great.
