Windows 10: Windows 11 Touchscreen stopped working

I have 2 touchscreens and both worked fine up until about a week ago. Now neither work. The mouse works fine, just no touch. I know it's not the hardware because I plugged the monitor into my win10 machine and it works fine so it must be a win11 issue. Had the Geek Squad take a look at it and they could not find the issue. They suggested I back up to win10 but I want to exhaust all options before doing that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Touchscreen stopped working -driver missing from laptop

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
