Windows 10: Windows 11 troubleshooting issue

I have recently turned on my laptop to notice that my windows wasn’t active. So I when I went to trouble shoot it it said “Something interrupted our troubleshooting Make sure you are connected to the internet wait i few minutes and try again error code 0x8007000d I have tried multiple methods and none of them have seen to work. I would apreciarte if anyone could help me. And I am on a Windows 11 Hp laptop .

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

IE 11 not working

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
