Windows 10: Windows 11 unable to start, main drive is locked

Hello, I've ran into this problem about 2 months ago. When I installed kaspersky on my laptop, it scanned for viruses and found something inside the Windows files, deleted it, and then after I turned my laptop off, I cannot turn it on. I've tried many different wayswhen I go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey , login with my account, that is linked to this pc, I get this error page:I contacted support, about a month ago, they said that the problem is happening to other people as well, and it will maybe take a couple of working days to fix this issue.I've asked them to send me updates on how the fix proce

DVD Burner started locking up recently

ok I cleaned it and it's not locking the computer up now, but it still doesn't recognize when theres a cd/ dvd in the drive... any next step to rectify that problem? lol...
