Windows 10: Windows 11 Unexpected and random reboots

Hello,I am experiencing random reboots and I can't find the root cause for this issue.I am experiencing these issues while gaming or rendering a video.I have done GPU and CPU stress test which were passed.I have run Memory diagnostics tool no issues were found.Could you help me on how to find the root cause?Thanks,

Random Reboots

I've had, as the title suggests, random reboots for the length of the time since I've built my computer (2 years roughly) and they're completely inexplicable.

It happens under no load, high load, watching movies, listening to music, playing games, browsing the web, sitting by itself in the room when the my sleeping monitor is even saying WTF?!

There aren't any Events to view other than the usual 0xC*D event when the service just shrugs at me.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Maybe someone has had the same problem before and it was just a loose molex connection? I'm baffled.

 

Unexpected reboot

Just a test, not sure if you have already tried this.

Disable 'Windows Time' Service and if possible turn off the CMOS clock in the BIOS.

The random reboots from the Kernel suggest a time difference between Windows and BIOS and 10 from experience will do a reboot to try and catch up the time. Im not saying this is the reason but its something else to try *Smile
