Windows 10: Windows 11 unresponsive

Hello, so i built my pc last Christmas in 2023 and about a month or so ago i ran into a problem were my taskbar would become unresponsive and if i clicked on it, it sould xause my desktop to also become unresponsive i fixed this issue by updating the bios since i hadnt updated it since i built it and it worked. About 3 days ago this issue has came back and since my bios is on the latest version i dont know what to do i have freshly installed windows 11 about 3 times to no prevail i have ran all the cmd propts such as sfc /scannow and it hasnt picked anything up the freezing also occurs while i

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
