Windows 10: Windows 11 update 0XC1900101 - 0x30017 FIRST_BOOT

My Dell XPS 7590 installed Windows 11 on it's own a few months ago. I wasn't ready and uninstalled Win 11. I know want to move to Windows 11 and I keep getting the above error.I have tried everythingDeleted SoftwareDistribution folderUninstalled Samsung MagicianRe-installed all the driversRe-installed .netI am open for any suggestions.I put the setupact.log and the setuperr.log file hereWindows 11 setup logsIf someone could look at the logs and tell me more specifically what the problem is. Windows 11 22H2 update fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x30017

Just tried it, no dice (as expected). Still get 0xC1900101 - 0x30017

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4088889) and Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709

DiskCryptor is not installed.

I tried the ISO install step listed above, and I've received the following error message:

"We couldn't install Windows 10

We've set your PC back to the way it was before you started installing Windows 10.

0xC1900101 - 0x30017

The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation."

I've started reading this thread on this error:

I'm running out of time to get this installed by April 10th before Microsoft support is eliminated.

Any other suggestions?

 

Windows 11 22H2 Installation Error 0xC1900101-0x30017

I have been trying to update to Windows 11 22H2 from Windows 11 Home for months, with no success. The Cumulative Updates have all installed without any issues, most recently updating to KB5022287 last week.

I receive error 0xC1900101-0x30017 failure FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation when trying to update to 22H2.

I have tried using both the Windows Update download & install and downloading & mounting the .iso. The result is the same error.

I have tried:

- Uninstalling Malwarebytes

- Turned off Windows Defender Firewall

- Run Windows Update Troubleshooter

- Cleared up to 25GB disc space

- Turned off all Startup Apps except audio services

- Renamed Software Distribution folder

- Run System File Checker and DISM Tool

- Downloaded & Installed all driver updates from Dell support page

I have downloaded the setuperr.log and setupact.log files, can someone please help me find what is preventing the installation from completing?
