Windows 10: Windows 11 update 23H2 results in complete loss of function

Windows installed the 23H2 update on my laptop. Immediately it became unstable, windows Explorer crashed constantly, and there were multiple driver conflicts. The drivers required manual updates however Nvidia driver would not update. Bios updated also along with AMD driver for on board Ryzen graphics. Loss of wireless network functionally and Realtek audio function also occurred. I un-installed the 23h2 update and the security update that occurred at the same time but that made no difference. Eventually I did a reinstall of Windows. That made all of the issues worse. Now the computer will onl

First step isn't right click. The download is a zip file. The program is portable.



If you can't even run that, and given other issues, and the length of this thread, and if an in-place upgrade repair install won't help, suggest you're looking at a clean install.

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.
