Windows 10: Windows 11 Update 23H2 to 24H2 Update Error 0xC1900101-0x40017

I try to update my computer from 23H2 to 24H2I tried already several times. but independently what I did - I always get the same error message:I have tried- run sfc /scannow and DISM commands- deleted unused drivers in Gerätemanager- ran the windows update troubleshooterI would have a collection of the the LOGs but I don't know how to attach

I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
