    Windows 11 Update 24H2 0xc1900104


    I've been trying to update to 24H2 for weeks. It crashes until it reaches 61%, then hangs forever and crashes. sfc /scannow and dism, etc., don't resolve the issue. An in-place upgrade using a USB image is also unsuccessful; the update crashes at 31%.

    There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

    Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.
