Windows 10: Windows 11 Update , Abnormal Behaviour

Hello, I have lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IMH05 from about half a year it is still at the warranty !!!!!!.So the laptop is so new and also meets the full requirements of windows 11.I know that this is normal and my device must not receive the windows update right now , I am totally understanding this thingBut a friend of me just got the same exactly the same laptop as we both took it from the same place and with the same model number and so onso why he got the update and till now I did not got it, I am checking for update just every day and more than one time a day.But he just got the update

Abnormal behaviour of my WP

when ever I connect my charger to my windows phone to charge it , I see some abnormal behaviour on screen like it automatically selects some apps and closes and if I play games like hill climbing or temple run, without my involvement it jumps, moves forward
, backward etc.,

Abnormal behaviour of touch

My Lumia 720 touch is behaving abnormally. It is frequently opening the Apps at the top centre region automatically. Also,if the phone left unused,the App-list page is getting opened automatically. I did a hard reset, but the problem still persists. What
shall I do?

 

Hibernating laptop changes to sleep behaviour after Windows 10 May 2019 update

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.
