Windows 10: Windows 11 update botched, computer completely screwed. How do I fix?

Hi. I tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing worked. So im hoping you have some insight that i don't. A botched windows 11 update completely screwed over literally everything on it. I can't run WINRE, I cant boot my computer in safe mode, I cant open the windows 11 start menu, and I cant open settings without it immediately crashing. Explorer not windows explorer, the explorer controlling the GUI and all the applications on the main desktop screen bugs out and constantly restarts. Causing my taskbar to disappear and to make doing anything on the computer a nightmare since

I'll use the beta log collector soon and post the results. The reason I didn't post sfc scannow log was that it doesn't find any errors as mentioned in my original post.
