Windows 10: Windows 11 update; C:/Windows/System32/wintypes.dll; error status 0xc000012f

After Windows 11 update today I have a popup that is saying: C;/Windows/System32/wintypes.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. The listed error status: 0xc000012f. This popup is being applied to multiple programs and lot allowing them to launch.I have tried to run the System File Checker too in command prompt as admin and it freezes at 62.3% 1.5 hours at this point. I downloaded the ISO and ran mounted it as a drive and tried to run it from there, it also froze at the same place, 62.3%.What other options do i have to fix this.

Windows 10 updated this morning now getting C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WININET.dll contains an error Error status 0xc000012f

After a windows 10 self update I can no longer use my computer correctly, I'm getting errors from two DLLs:

Bad image C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WININET.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media.. Error status 0xc000012f

I've checked the WindowsUpdate.log it updated:

MicrosoftStickyNotes

Microsoft.XboxApp

MICROSOFT.SKYPEAPP

Windows Defender Antivirus - KB2267602

I've tried to run sfc /scannow but getting logs of errors saying:

Cannot repair member file ... in the store, hash mismatch

 

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\NSVCP140.dll contains error

So I was using an application and it worked fine, then out of the blue I get multiple errors when I open it up. It says

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\NSVCP140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f

And when I close that error it says

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status
0xc000012f

And when I close that another error says

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status
0xc000012f

which is the same as the last one, but the error stop there.

I Tried reinstalling both applications and nothing seems to work.
