Windows 10: Windows 11 Update Download Error - 0x80248007?

Can someone help me to fix the error? I'm trying to update and I've tried everything I could find and nothing has worked

I just ran all of those steps including the last to install windows using the iso file.

Unfortunately I am getting the same error.

i tried updating to windows 11 22h2 insider preview but i got this error. 0x80248007. Pls help
