Windows 10: Windows 11 Update Download Error - 0x80248007

Can someone help me to fix the error? Im trying to update but I dont know why Im getting an error 2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11 for x64 KB5018859
