Windows 10: Windows 11 Update - Download Error 0x80248014

I've been trying to update my Windows 11 with additional optional driver updates. However, I keep encountering this 0x80248014 download error every time I try to update it. The update is Lenovo - System - 23.10.0.18. I've tried stopping and restarting the Windows Update from services.msc, and have deleted all files from C:/ Windows/ SoftwareDistribution/ DataStore and ../Download. Still the problem persists. Please help on how to resolve this.

I'm attempting to install the Windows 11 22H2 Update but after a SFC Scan, DISM Scan, Windows update component reset, a restart, deleting the software distribution folder, and resetting the catroot2 folder yet Nothing works.

We understand that you're having issues with installing any applications from Windows Store. The error 0X80248014 appears
when the Microsoft Update is the source selected to download and the computer has not been configured to opt-in to Microsoft Update. We suggest to manually reset the Windows Updates Components, restart the computer
and start the download.

• 
  Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
  
• 
  Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. To do this, type the following commands at the Command Prompt. Press the
  ENTER key after you type each command:
  

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

• 
  Then, rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the
  ENTER key after you type each command:
  

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

  Now, let’s restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Type the following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Press the ENTER key after you type each command:
  

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

• 
  Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it. Restart the computer.
  

You may now try running the Windows Updates and check if the above steps resolve the issue.

Also reset store cache. Here are the steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +R to bring up the run command window.
  
• 
  Type “WSReset.exe” and press Enter.
