Windows 10: Windows 11 update eliminates device identification cookies

I updated Windows 11 last weekend, 2024-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based systems, and all my financial accounts forgot my device. How do I backup the necessary cookies, because I can't find them, so I can avoid this problem or how can I update Windows without this significant inconvenience? Thank you.

IE11 normal Cookies are gone since Creators Fall Update

follow these steps to learn how to delete a certain Cookies:

• Launch Internet Explorer 11, then click on the gear icon at the top right of the browser.
• Now look for Internet options.
• Under Browsing history, click Settings.
• Once done, click on View files at the bottom of the dialog box.
• Choose the cookies that you want to delete, and you're good to go.

accepting msn.com cookies required to use Windows?

Conflicts with the Sign-in options after an update is one of the possible reasons why you are receiving a messages to accept cookies from the MSN.com website. We suggest that you try the steps below to change the sign-in options in Windows 10:

• Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
  
• Scroll down to Privacy and toggle off Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you try running your computer in
