Windows 10: Windows 11 Update Error 0x80073712

I am running Windows 11 24H2. I have been receiving this error since the attempted installation of the monthly Windows update on June 11, 2025. This is my personal PC running Win 11 Pro, but I am travelling right now and my only access to the PC is via RDP. Windows 11 Update Error 0x80073712 - Again

I'm trying to update Windows, and it will not. The update is:

2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028185)

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I found this article, it has a solution but it is not for the same update. Should I use the same fix verbatim? Or something else? Thank you.

Receive an error message 0x80073712

I have had this error code 0x80073712 now for 4 months. I tried to fix the below-mentioned step:

1. By troubleshooting windows update issue didn't resolve
   
2. Did DIMS scan and repair. Re-start the device and receive the same error again.
