Windows 10: Windows 11 Update Error 0xc1900101 - 0x40021 SYSPREP RESPECIALIZE

Hello!I've been having trouble updating to Windows 11. The errors alternate between the following, though I'm unsure of what makes them switch.0xc1900101 - 0x40021 The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP RESPECIALIZE0xC1900101 - 0x4000D The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.I do get System Scan errors after the failed install which the CBS.log shows as:2023-11-18 16:31:50, Info CBS Failed reading PoqexecCmdline registry key [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND] 2023-11-18 16

Error reads 0xC1900101 - 0x40021

The installation failed in he second boot phase with an error durig sysprep respecialize operation.

upgrading from win 10 pro 1909 to 2004 trying both the standard windows update method and the USB media install, I get the same result:

- blue screen at 75% done with the "KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE" message for a few minutes
followed by automatic rollback to 1909 and reboot

- when back in windows (on old 1909) a windows pops up explaining that "Error = 0xC1900101-0x40021" happend

I tried the advice in this thread downloading and used SetupDiag.exe to get some better diagnostics.

Once SetupDiag.exe is done (it produces a number of log files) the SetupDiagResults.log file have this:

Scanning through the other logfiles like: setupact.log, setupact_rollback.log etc., I am no wiser.

Any ideas what's wrong and what I should do?

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but I've got a blue screen with this error :
INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP

After that, when I came in Windows 10, the configuration of Windows 11 tell this error :

0xC1900101 - 0x40021 : The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error in the BOOT operator.

(This error occurs when I'm use the ISO file)
(I've already tried Windows 11 Installation Assistant)
