    Windows 11 Update Error: Unresponsive Blank Window Issue


    Greetings all!First, here is the video of the error: https://youtu.be/BR6oDng4lqsEvery time I try to access Windows Update, a window with no content briefly appears, and nothing can be done until it disappears. During this time, the computer becomes unresponsive. I can consistently reproduce this issue when attempting to access Windows Update, but it also occurs at random moments while using the computer.Additionally, I've noticed that clicking on the Start menu has no effect. The menu doesn't open at all.Here's a bit of background on the laptop:It belongs to my father-in-law, so I don't have

    Just a real quick question for you guys. Have any of you been having issues with Windows Update at all? I havent gotten updates in about 2months because of the following:

    Error code 8024402f. I get the following from Help and support:

    Its like this even with a fresh install of different OS's.

    Not sure how to fix it.

    It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.
