Windows 10: Windows 11 update fail error code: 0x80073712

Can someone help me with this error? I've been trying to find solutions but they just wont work. The steps that I tried to do are down below, but none of them helped either.1. I recently bought a refurbished laptop. I've been trying to install updates as its says "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes".

When it tries to download and install 2020-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4586793) it always fails. I get the message: Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I've tried many of the suggestions when I've googled this problem with no luck.

I even reset the PC to start from scratch, but the same thing is happening.

Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
